Doctor Who Series Two Poll of Stories

Over the course of Series Two [28] of Doctor Who, the members of TIMELESS have been asked to vote, via our mailing list, for complete stories. Votes were assigned a value between 0 and 10 in increments of 0·5. In the case of two part stories, the poll was held over until the second episode had been broadcast. The final chart after all ten stories is reproduced below:

1st Army of Ghosts / Doomsday Russell T. Davies 9·893 (14 Votes)
2nd School Reunion Toby Whithouse 8·846 (13 Votes)
3rd Tooth and Claw Russell T. Davies 8·563 (16 Votes)
4th Parallel Worlds* Tom McCrae 8·425 (10 Votes)
5th Impossible Planet / Satan Pit Matt Jones 8·273 (11 Votes)
6th Girl in the Fireplace Stephen Moffat 8·116 (15 Votes)
7th Fear Her Matthew Graham 7·611 (9 Votes)
8th The Idiot's Lantern Mark Gatiss 7·454 (11 Votes)
9th New Earth Russell T. Davies 7·143 (14 Votes)
10th Love & Monsters Russell T. Davies 6·667 (9 Votes)

On average 12 members of TIMELESS gave their opinions on each story.

*The title Parallel Worlds was given to the first Cybermen story by the group. It was a title used by both Camile Corduri and Noel Clarke when discussing these episodes on Doctor Who Confidential and better sums up what the story was all about better than either of the episode titles.
